Payment needs to be made at the time of each appointment or a 10% surcharge applies.
Medicare will reimburse over half of appointment costs up to the Medicare Safety Net threshold, after which almost the full cost is rebated.
We ask for three working days’ notice for appointment cancellation or a cancellation fee will apply.
We will endeavour to accommodate patients requiring urgent help. Your general practitioner can also be helpful, as can the hospital assessment services.

On-site parking is available at no cost.
